I'm getting a new lj now. I've...changed a lot since I first got this journal (if you don't believe me, go to my archives and read my first few emo entries) and I think I should get a new one, just to mark the passing of an era. Oo, now I sound all melodramatic.

But seriously, a lot has happened since year seven. Like, I got over my preoccupation with teenaged angst, I became a lesbian, got a girlfriend (a few times), matured (a little bit, anyway), etcetera.

So I'm off to register 'Doomette' as my lj, because no one has that as an lj name yet. Yeah. I guess that's all I wanted to say. Friend my new journal - it'll be less emo that this one :)

[Edit] Ok, So I got my new lj, but I'll be using both lj's until I've got the other one up and running properly, and you lot've all friended me! >:D

Oh My Fucking God. grrr. That book had some good things in it. For one - Zombies. No book is complete without an army of the dead. Another is Draco angst. Yay for
angsty!confused!draco. Ummm...what else...? oh yeah! Harry obsessing over Draco. that was gooooooooood.

Hmmmmm...someone raised an interesting question, how do these dementors breed? I'm like, 'ewwy-ewwy-ew!' when I read it, then I've gone 'gurk, gross, mental picture!' which was not fun.

Oh man. that thing? with the horcruxes? Like, total video-game-ness. Y'know, 'Harry Potter and the Horcruxes of DOOM'. And it'd be a scrolling arcade game, and you're like 'c'mon Harry! Jump, kick, curse! yeah, got that sucker dementor right in the nuts, bwahahahahaha. Now, onto the BONUS LEVEL! W00t, look at Ginny, rage level rising, rising, filled! c'mon Harry with lovehearts for eyes, w00t! yeah, jump behind that wall, now...c'mon...aim at Dean...yeah! GOt him with a a nice curse! Oh no, my curse level is going down! hmmm, inventory, schoolbag, potions textbook...here we go. rising, rising, curse meter filled. Now, to go out and kick some Voldemort BUTT! yeah! w00t! hmmm...run run run run BOYS BATHROOM! Yeah, Draco's in here crying, lets kick some deatheater BUTT! woohoo-woah, dodge that and that and CURSE and dodge and CURSE and CURSE and oh my god, did I do that?' That'd be awesome.

Ginny should die. So should Fleur. And - no, I like Pansy, she can stay.

Man, I did not expect Dumbledore to die. That was out of the blue. And woe, we lose our lovely Snape becuase he decided to be evil, which sucks, mainly because he now can't go and do lovely things to Remus. *pout*

I knew she wouldn't redeem him in this book, I just KNEW Draco would be evil. But I was expecting him to be rampantly evil and 'keel you', not Snape. *pout* But wow. I liked all the Draco angst, it was SO good I even wrote a fic about it, which I will put up later. But woe! He was ABOUT to be reddemed! grrr! If she'd changed ONE little thing, (deatheaters coming up the stairsa bit LATER) it would have been better. But then Harry wouldn't do his 'cutting school woe' thing. Which we need - why?

Oh oh oh! Where was Harry's Sirius-angst? I was all expecting it, but NOOOO. Which is good, because I don't know how much more of CAPSLOCK!Harry I could stand, anyway.

Remus/Tonks??? *wails* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! SO NOT FAIR! *pouts* I s'pose they do kinda - wait! What am I saying? *WAILS*

Harry/Ginny. No. Just no. How did it happen, anyway? With Cho, yeah - older, pretty, flies, y'know, and it was led up to. This? Totally out of the blue. I protest, really, I do.

Luna. So totally cool in this book. With all her saying things that cut to the heart of the problem, I have another characetr on my list of HeapsMadCharacters.

woe. That's how sum this book up. I reckon the only thing that saves this book is Harry obsessing over Draco. Which was totally awesome, he needs to do it more. Only it should involve more snoggage.

BECAUSE HARRY/DRACO IS TEH OTP. It really is.

On another note, I am back with INTERNET! w00t. And my health is about 30/100. I do not feel good. blech

But I got HBP! and I read it in under 6 hours. that's 100 pages in less than an hour. I am proud. Very.

One of the people on my friends list once directed us towards a community sort of in the same vein as hd_notes, shoebox_project and hateloveletters. But I can't remember what it was called. Only it was very good, and although I sound a lot like a plonker, could anyone tell me what it was?

Oh, and check those three communities out. Also skycaptainslash, because it's full of Dex/Joe goodness. Also some Franky/Polly yay, which is also goodness. And I'm babbling, but it's ok, because no-one really reads lj entries anymore, do they? They sort of skim them for important stuff, such as CAPITAL LETTERS WHICH JUMP OUT AT YOU and the like. So should I write that again in capitals? Well, the next post of mine will be all that until the babbling line in capitals, 'k? ok.

Heh. Guess what? The day I wrote in my lj that I liked Kristen was Halloween. Not incredibly surprising that it didn't work out.

In unrelated news...*sniffle* I have a cold. And expo night is tonight, so anyone at school who wants to see me in a play - I'm in the Snow White play at around 7pm, and I'm the woodcutter.
I get a chainsaw, AND I get executed.

Also, I'm doing Beach Walking for sport next term. W00t. Stupid people who took Tennis. Oh well.

I have two new earrings! yay! One in the uppper cartilege of my left ear (it's a pwetty fwower) and one nect to the bottom one in my left ear.

We're going to the child care centre today, in a few minutes. Funfunfun. I'm dressing as a witch.

And we didn't win anything at the Eisteddfod, (sp?) but SHHS won every award in the impro section! Yay us! And Alice's group had teh funniest thing, it was like a parody of The Lion King. was funny.

I honestly didn't mean to miss today, but I was still sick and it's kinda worse cos of all the rain showers I got caught in yesterdsy. Also, I couldn't find the energy to get up. I wkoe up at about 7, with mum telling me we were late, I remember saying 'blah, no energy, mum' and falling asleep again. The next thing I know, there's a kitty nose in my ear, and it's noon. eep.

Yeah, Artemis was desexed yesterday, so she's all dopey, and it's funny. :)

Also, the athletics carnival was yesterday. That was funny. There was so much fucked-upped-ness.

First, I had no idea it was on, but I was lucky and wore my trackies and a pink-stripey shirt under my school shirt. It was FREEZING! I had this vague idea that I could tell the teachers that I'd be getting a good blue long sleeved shirt. Hey, I didn't need to! So I get to school (had a lift), DRENCHED, and theres this little group of kids and teachers hanging around outside the office. "what's all this then?" I say, and Jaryd goes "oh, we're waiting for the bus. it's late." "Bus?" I ask, and get the reply, "Yeah, the shuttlebus for the Athletics Carnival." "The fuck?" So, I took off my school shirt, caught a lift with Jaryd's mum and Alana (fuck, can't remember how to spell her name :( ) to the carnival, and Jaryd paid my entry. $3?? Total rip-off! But it was ok, I didn't go in anything, there was bonding (not bondage as I accidentally typed) of the hugging kind, and it was good.

Oh, who's sen The Forgotten or The Truman Show or Holes?? I've recently seen all three, and they're good.

And yay! My evil bra-fitting yesterday is now ok, seeing as i now have a nice new bra! yay! :)
